  4.   Here is an update to the MusicX-to-MIDI conversion utility.  This
  5. version (V1.02) corrects several reported problems such as:
  6.  
  7.     Correctly converts MIDI files with running status.
  8.  
  9.     Fixed a problem that caused certain events (such as TSIG) to
  10.     be converted into END events.
  11.  
  12.     Fixed a problem that gave bogus "Not enough memory" messages or
  13.     caused a GURU.
  14.  
  15.     Fixed a problem that would sometimes cause negitive delta times to
  16.     be written to MIDI files.  
  17.  
  18.     Fixed tempo conversion (previously garfed tempo value).
  19.  
  20.     Added CLI command line support (type "MusicX-to MIDI ?" for CLI syntax).
